STEPS TO CONFIRMED RESERVATION:

1) Return completed application/s to secure fax listed at top of form

2) We review application and call to confirm details. We send you a rental agreement via email.

3) You are charged 1/2 your rental fee to hold your reservation on return of rental agreement.

4) 45 days prior to your stay the remaining rental fees are charged.

5) An electronic door code will be provided for access. Check in time is 4:00PM

6) Unauthorized pets brought on premises will incur $200 additional cleaning fee.

7) Please remember that 10% city tax and $150 cleaning fees are added to the quoted weekly rate.
